Domaca Kuracia Polievka

Tato polievka je velmi zdrava a vyzivna a hlavne velmi chutna. Ja ju varim najcastejsie k nedelnemu obedu .

                                                                  Domaca Kuracia Polievka

Ingrediencie:

2 kuracie stvrtky ( kridlo alebo stehno )

1 balenie zeleniny do polievky, mozete pridat aj karfiol

1 mensia cela ocistena cibula

5-7ks cele cierne korenie

1 kocka bujonu ( zeleninovy alebo kuraci )

1PL Vegety

1/2 PL nasekanej petrzlenovej vnate

Postup:

Kuracie stvrtky umyjeme a dame do vacsieho hrnca, zalejeme do polovice vodou. Pridame cele cierne korenie a privedieme do varu. Stiahneme plamen na minimum a varime pomalicky 1 hodinu. Zatial si ocistime a nakrajame zeleninu. Po hodine kuracie maso vyberieme a do vyvaru dame zeleninku, prilejeme vodu do 3/4 hrnca a kocku bujonu. Plamen pridame a varime dalsich 30 min. Masko vykostime a nakrajame na mensie casti. Ked je zelenina makka dochutime Vegetou a pridame nakrajanu petrzlenovu vnat. Cibulu a petrzlen mozeme z polievky vybrat. Maso mozeme servirovat priamo na tanier aj so slizami, zalejeme vybornou domacou polievkou…Dobru chut!
